THE IN-TAKE OF POSITIVITY AND HOW IT HAS BECOME A CHALLENGE

When we discuss the topic of mindfulness, well-being, and becoming a positive individual, I have taken notice of the recent and collective set point which appears at times, to take root from the directive of outside in-take. There is a difference between the “in-take” from personal choice, and the “in-take” from outside influence. One state of Mindset is from a position of personal empowerment, and the other is when we allow for the presence of an external force to have authority over our critical thinking process. When we relinquish any level of autonomy we are now at the directive of a construct outside of our rationale.


Social pressures that erode individuality, work environments that lack creative thinking as well as self-expression, and the challenges around personal habitual struggles, amplifies a consistent beat of unwanted energies, hardships, and much needed adjustments. Exploring mental, physical, and spiritual rhythms that support neutral to positive interactions takes skill, discipline, and a willingness to recalibrate unplanned conditions.


Surrounding our very essence at present time, is a form of “distorted exchange energy,” where the mind, body, consciousness connection desires to move in one direction while we are being pulled in its opposition. Nature has innate clarity on this, it does not question the process, growth, or resilience, nor the flow and unfolding, nature simply trusts.


The human condition has emotionality at its back, therefore, we question everything. It is within this environment of the questioning itself, or lack of awareness to what should be in question, where acceptance from outside negative in-take enters, weakening our ability for positive in-take only.


Whether we are aware of this reality or not, we are constantly reacting to a form of energy that is fast becoming tethered to a system where positive in-take is diminishing. When we are skilled with response time management, we allow intellectual potential to hold steady, thus, creating a line between what is questionable, and the possible outcome. This generates reflection in the moment, which supports personal accountability to the exchange that is about to take place.


Where has the process of self-actualization gone, and why have so many of us given up?


There is a time for collective unity and a time when the natural laws of self-evolution must be re-activated. When we stop thinking for ourselves and become the end line for individualism, the natural laws of personal advancement are now disrupted. Human agency is in place for a reason beyond contemporary understanding, as we must retain a state of positive adaption rather than an acceptance of settlement, especially from an outside command.


Negative, Positive, Neutral, which one are you, and how often do you connect with “The Power Seat of Choice?”


Our state of being is our choice and yet, we release personal accountability more often than not. We can be easily swayed from intuition into forced compliance when our present mindset is readily primed for anything outside personal choice. This is where the skill of recalibration empowers our evolution, as we are accountable for what we decide to do and who we allow to enter our course of existence.


Enhancing our understanding of positivity driven skill sets, acquiring effectiveness tools, and building upon information that supports self-accountable decisions would be useful, as this line of personal elevation generates increase and empowers us to navigate obstacles. New perspectives begin to formulate-gaining positive causation, personal knowledge begins to assist clear and rational thinking, and we now set the tone that empowers a higher threshold of positive IN-TAKE.


When we become a willing participant, learning how to step away from the outside pressures that push against our well-being, we create positive and empowered moves on our behalf. We no longer stand to witness the unfolding of choices that disrupt our brilliance or syphon the life force away from our very existence. We instead, step into a rational, focused, and clear atmosphere of personal responsibility.


Creating a setpoint based from purpose and meaning where positive energy in-take can shield us from the draw out of negativity, brings the skill of recalibration forward. Reminding ourselves to learn with purpose, release for growth, and advance for outcome. As a Society, or a set collection of people, we can choose to stop acquiescing to the negative messaging, and position ourselves into the reality of autonomy.

Many individuals have witnessed beauty and small acts of miracles that shift the landscape of human experiences, though, at times we choose the IN-TAKE of imagery, language, and behaviors that are antiquated and valueless to the modern age and collective well-being.


We can think for ourselves and yet, we give away the right to authorize our destiny as it appears we have lost the desire to at least consider a difference of perception, intention, and outcome. What would happen if we kept in mind what the consequences could be before the interaction started? What if we activated a reverse view, seeing the outcomes first, before we entered the experience, what choices would we make then?


No longer observing from hindsight, we now view from the vantage point of forward-thinking techniques that are in place, bringing calm, peace, and reverence to all interactions. We now could avoid negative consequences and experiences peaceful outcomes. This is the challenge, how do we think it through rather than act it out?


If we are so inclined to be accepting of energies outside of our own, then we must be accountable for our surroundings. Positive people do tend to attract positive experiences and that is simply because they don’t place their presence in areas of opposition. That is not to say that positive thinking individuals shy away from important discussions, respectful outcomes, and compassionate resolution. It is to say that a positive mindset, supplied with positive “Thought Energy” is attributed to happier less congested interactions.


To gain on positive mindset techniques, one may ask, do I want to partake in fear, doubt, and limiting thinking, or would I rather choose to participate in environments where inspirational conversations ignite positive IN-TAKE? How can I contribute the best results in each interaction where empowering experiences are the norm?


If we are intentional as to how we want to experience life, then the choices we make along the way will dictate how we feel, think, and express our human playout. There is a difference between observing negativity and desiring positive outcomes. One can see what is negative and yet still be drawn into a powerless state of being. And one can recognize a state of awareness and desire a more pleasant expression of life. This is why the study of self-actualized development is fundamental, so we may advance our potential and become accountable to the how and why we are the way we are.


The IN-TAKE of POSITIVITY does not release the burdens engineered into the human condition. What is suggested is the power and ability to choose to be a positive individual, and that is your birthright. You are not at the directive of anyone, you are the choice.


You can choose to approach challenges with a positive outcome that is built into the solution by entering a thought process that does not waver through challenges. Or, you can forgo your personal power, and be subjected to negative consequences.


Positive Mindset, Positive Thought Energy, and Positive Choice are all at your command as well as negative alignment, both are personal choices. Knowing that you are a self-governing human being, why at times, choose to set up residence in an area, (metaphorically stating) that is not one of positivity? Ask yourself, what is the intention before I go into a situation and what are the probable outcomes, will this serve a higher purpose for all concerned?


Positive IN-TAKE can become a next step in personal exploration for higher development. Ask yourself each day upon awakening, what will I invite in today? Where will I place my energy, attention, and time, and how can I enrich my present condition as well as the experiences of others? Will my intentions support decisions that will elevate outdated habits, negative patterns, and the ease of behavioral comforts? Expanding on personal awareness, you can ignite individualism, self-thinking critical skills, and personal empowerment.


Our choices our ours alone, and when we relinquish responsibility, that is on us.


Not applicable to all scenarios of course, as here in this article we are looking into the opportunities for positive in-take as negative alliances can narrow our views on specific topics and actions. Looking at the IN-TAKE of POSITIVITY, this choice can inform us as to how we intend to relate, respond, and collaborate in a way that brings forth a positive exchange, rather than an interaction where reality can bend and take over independent thinking.


There are days when we simply can’t muster enough positive energy to stay in a positive flow and negativity can dominate our nature, this is where self-compassion comes into focus. However, we can choose to neutralize our thoughts, soften our reactions, and continue to build upon supportive behaviors that solidify mental strength. This mindset creates courage and resilience, bringing the IN-TAKE of POSITIVITY back into view.
